Office of Attorney General Renovation of 11th Floor-South One Judiciary Square

The scope of work included, but not limited to, the complete demolition and renovation of the Office of The Attorney General Spaces of over 6,500 square feet constructed including: new offices, open work areas and work stations, conference rooms and a kitchenette.  Work included installation of new carpet and vinyl tile flooring, floor leveling, drywall and stud partitions, painting, doors and hardware (including magnetic lock), reeded glass doors, storefront systems, acoustical tile ceilings and all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data communications and fire alarm systems.

New MEP work included demolition and installation of ductwork, VAV’s, supply air diffusers and return air grilles, lighting system, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, and voice and data systems.
